The complex has 4 main buildings, compositionally connected two by two. Each composition connected to the fourth floor by the other. Facade elements – bay windows, terraces, railings, etc. A visual separation of the first level of buildings due to the various functions of the zone.
The buildings are designed with monolithic, reinforced concrete. Surrounding walls are planned to be made of 25 cm thick masonry and external EPS / mineral wool insulation 15 cm thick.

It will have a 10 year certificate. A 7 chamber, triple glazing with a coefficient of heat transfer below 0.8 W / m2.K is planned.
The roof will be flat, with thermal insulation of XPS plates – 12 cm, vapor barrier of bituminous foam – 0.4 cm and two layers of bituminous waterproofing – 0.8 cm. Also provides thermal insulation of XPS plates 5 cm. on boards, polyethylene film, lightweight concrete slope with a slope of min. 2.5%,.
In the construction of the balconies is planned waterproof of two layers of bituminous sheets – 0.8 cm, thermal insulation of XPS slabs – 10 cm, reinforced cement-sand screed-5 cm, greased polymer-cement waterproofing, frost-resistant granite tiles on terraces of 0.5 cm cement. The roof terraces provide for waterproofing and thermal insulation as a roof.
